Relation to Uganda's Vision 2040, SDGs and Country Development Agenda.

The Burnratty Investment Group's health project supports the Ministry of Health's mission to provide the highest possible level of health services to all people in Uganda. This is achieved through the delivery of promotive, preventive, curative, palliative, and rehabilitative health services at all levels. To achieve this, the Burnratty Investment Group proposes to continue supporting Uganda's Health Sector Development Plan 2015/16-2019/20, which is based on achieving Uganda Vision 2040 of a healthy and productive population that contributes to socioeconomic growth and national development.

The Burnratty Investment Group aims to accelerate movement towards Universal Health Coverage (UHC), providing essential health and related services that promote a healthy and productive life. This will be done by decentralizing the health system, involving the private sector in providing health services, and generating new revenue streams for health. This project proposal highlights the Burnratty Investment Group's commitment to strengthening the private sector, supporting decentralized structures, supporting local communities, and improving governance in the health sector overall.
